Our custom luxury wigs feature a lace closure or frontal and up to 5 bundles of high quality, 100% virgin human hair. Custom wigs tend to be much easier to maintain and re-install compared to single bundles, given that your bundles and lace piece, is securely, machine sewn to the wig cap of your choice.

These are not mass produced premade wigs. Each custom wig is machine-sewn by our in-house, expert wig maker to be sure each weft is securely fastened to the wig cap. As a result, our custom wigs will last much longer than the average hand sewn wig. We make sure that you won't have to worry about your wefts buckling up or premature shedding. With proper care, your custom wig will last a minimum of 3 years.  

Our clients who appreciate full hair prefer custom units because they allow you to change the density of your wig by adding more bundles now or later. It is also eaier to have the lace piece replaced if at any point your lace becomes damaged or begins thinning. If you're new to wigs or confused about any of our custom wig options you can read our help guide.

Your custom wig is made-to-order on a sewing machine and professionally styled by our expert wig maker, just for you! Please allow up to 10 business days for construction and customization of your wig before it ships. 

    Due to variations in screen resolution, the actual color of products may vary. We can not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual product. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products we carry and that appear on the website.

    Most orders ship same day when the order is placed Tuesday through Friday before 5pm CST. If the order is placed after the cutoff time, it will be processed on the next business day. For local pickup, orders are usually ready within 1 hour. During major sales and promotions, orders may take up to 10 business days to process. Processing times for custom wigs, colored wigs, and preorders can take up to 25 business days with most processed in 7-10 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays. 

    Processing time does not include shipping time. Processing is the time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from fulfillment center or be picked up from our storefront.This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for order.

    Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.


    All orders within the US are shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time frame unless an expedited option is chosen.  Packages shipped to a PO BOX will be shipped via USPS only. Overnight option to a PO BOX and rural area can take up to 2 business days for delivery. Overnight shipments that depart from our facility on a Friday will arrive the following Monday (not Saturday). 

    International orders typically take up to10 business days for delivery and are shipped via FedEx. International shipping costs DO NOT cover duty & tariffs charges by your home country. Please put this into consideration before you submit an order on this site.  Buttah Baby Hair Imports reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.

    Undeliverable/Lost/Return to Sender Packages

    If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Buttah Baby Hair Imports, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:
    • The shipping address does not exist
    • The shipping address is misspelled by the customer
    • The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
    • The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
    • The addressee has moved
    • The addressee has refused the package
    Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the corrected address. However, please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.  We also do not guarantee that your item will be the same price as your original order.
    Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Buttah Baby Hair Imports does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
