All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. However FULL PAYMENTS can be transferred to another class once in the same year if requested at least 7 days prior to scheduled class. This transfer happens only once. If you can not make your rescheduled date, you forfeit your FULL PAYMENT. If there are no scheduled classes for your location at time of request, you may either travel to the next class location, request a virtual class (based on availability), or forfeit your full payment. Client will be responsible for paying the difference in costs for any transferred classes. DEPOSITS are non-refundable or transferable.In the event that you need to transfer your scheduled date, within 7 days of registration, contact our support team at email@example.com and let us know you’d like to reschedule by the 7th day at 11:59 CST. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds for any fees paid. They can be transferred to another date no later than 7 days prior to class (not even one day afterwards) and all payments must be made on a timely basis. Student kits will be shipped to virtual students once deposit is paid. Remaining balance is due on the day of the scheduled class, prior to start of class.
