Processing & Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Standard processing is 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. During peak seasons, restocks, or special promotions, processing times may be extended.
While BBHI strives to fulfill all orders in a timely manner, unforeseen delays may occur due to supply chain issues, high order volume, or carrier interruptions. In these rare cases, customers will be notified via email regarding updated timelines.
Refunds are not issued solely for processing or shipping delays. Orders remain active and will be shipped once available. If an order cannot be fulfilled, BBHI will issue a refund at our discretion.
Expected delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier. BBHI cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Please allow additional time during holidays or major sales.
All orders are carefully packed and inspected before shipping. Once a package leaves our facility, BBHI is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier. We strongly recommend purchasing Package Protection at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
If your package is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package, packing slip, and contents. We will review your claim and assist in resolving the issue. Claims reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement consideration.

Wigs
Not completely. All wigs may need minor customization or styling once received. Shipping can flatten curls, create bends in straightened hair, or shift styles, which is normal.
This is intentional unless you purchased a custom wig and requested a more dense wig. Shorter strands create a natural hairline and prevent bulkiness. Once styled, they frame the face beautifully.
Not all wigs are raw. Some units are made with virgin hair, which is still unprocessed and high quality but not sourced in the same way as raw hair. The product description will always indicate whether a wig is raw or virgin, and the difference will also be reflected in the pricing.
Synthetic wigs come pre-styled but have a short lifespan and no versatility. BBHI wigs — whether raw or virgin — are 100% human hair, able to be colored, heat-styled, and worn for years with proper care.
Our product photos are styled references, meant to show the texture, density, and potential of the wig. Units may require customization and refreshing upon arrival. During shipping, curls or styles may flatten — this is completely normal and easily refreshed at home or by a stylist. Once customized and styled, your wig will match the same look and quality shown in our photos.
When a shipping label is created, it means your order is in the queue for fulfillment. Sometimes the carrier does not immediately scan packages when they are picked up. It may take a few days for tracking updates to appear once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
Does this mean my order hasn’t shipped? Not necessarily. Your order may already be with the carrier, but the first scan has not yet been processed. BBHI is not responsible for carrier delays or missed scans once a package has been handed over.
What if my order never updates? If tracking does not update after 5 business days, please contact us and we will assist you with locating your package or filing a claim with the carrier.
