Refund policy
We take pride in providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. In order to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we have established the following return policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Please note that the item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached. Lace on lace products must fully intact and cannot be cut for any reason. We will NOT accept altered products, hair with broken hair ties, or extensions with cut lace. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been used or damaged further. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone and we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
Please note that the cost of shipping for the returned item will be at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking number for your records. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price of the item, less any applicable restocking fees. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless the return is due to our error. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will waive the restocking fee.
The store credit can be used towards future purchases on our site and does not expire. Please allow 3-5 business days for the store credit to be applied to your account. You will receive the store credit in the form of an e-gift card which can be used in store and online. Please note that we do not offer refunds for returned items, but we are happy to provide store credit. The store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person or account.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement. If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is not as described, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of delivery. Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
