FAQs
Standard orders generally process within 3–5 business days unless a product page states otherwise. Custom wigs generally require 12–14 business days after payment and all details are confirmed. Shipping time is additional. Custom color may require extra time, which we will confirm during review.
For the easiest way to track your BBHI order, we recommend downloading the Shop app. You can view order updates, shipping details, and tracking information in one place. You’ll also receive tracking information by email once your order shipss
Please note: Tracking becomes available after your order has been processed and shipped. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Eligibility depends on the condition of the item and the type of product purchased. Hair and other personal-use products must meet our return requirements to be eligible. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before altering, installing, washing, coloring, or otherwise using your purchase.
