Eligibility:
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Open to legal residents of the United States.
- Employees of Buttah Baby Hair Imports (BBHI) and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entry Period:
- The raffle begins on January 27, 2024 at 8:00 AM CST and ends on February 29, 2024 at 11:59 PM CST.
- Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter:
- Primary Entry: Purchase an entry online or in store.
- Additional Entries: Each purchase made during the submission period will qualify for one (1) additional entry.
Winner Selection:
- One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
- The draw will take place within 7 days after the Entry Period ends.
- The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize:
- The winner will receive a custom wig from BBHI valued at up to $1000.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Any taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Notification:
- The winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the draw.
- The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified.
- If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
General Conditions:
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of BBHI, which are final and binding.
- BBHI reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if any problem prevents the raffle from being conducted as planned.
- BBHI is not responsible for any errors in the offer or administration of the raffle, including but not limited to errors in advertising, rules, selection and announcement of the winner, and distribution of the prize.
- Entries are non-refundable.
