Returns & Exchanges
In the event that you do not love your purchase, you can return the product(s) for a store credit. A 10% restocking fee will apply for returns. Store credits are issued in the form of a e-gift card which holds no cash value. All sales are final on custom, clearance, and sale items. No returns, exchanges, or replacements will be accepted on said products.
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.. In the event that you need to cancel an order, it will be processed as a return.
Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 3 business days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified. The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way (Original ties and tags must remain in tact as it was received by the customer).
To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your first name, last name, phone number, the reason for the return and order number. We will provide you with the return address at that time.
For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit.
The customer is responsible for all return postage in a product return transaction. Once received and determined to be in resaleable form, a store credit will be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question.
