In-store appointment

• Once you arrive, an associate will greet you and confirm your appointment.
  
• Face coverings are required to entering the store and for the duration of your visit. If you don’t have a face covering, we’ll provide you one, complimentary.
• For your protection, these additional safety procedures have been put in place in our store:
• Mandatory temperature checks for associates
• Frequent sanitization of highly trafficked areas
• Social distancing throughout the store
  
• Temporary halt to wig try-ons and product testing
• Availability of hand sanitizer stations and hand-washing facilities
  
• Your hair advisor will accompany you throughout your visit for your safety and convenience. We ask that you do not touch any of the displays.
• We’ll continue to mirror the health and safety guidelines set forth by the government and the CDC.
